Aïssata Béavogui is a woman who inspires women to go farther in their field as the first woman to hold the position of Director General at Guinea Alumina Corporation. She received the MIGA Gender CEO Award in 2020. The MIGA Gender CEO Award recognizes leaders with a record for creating opportunities for women and promoting their advancement or promoting gender equality while contributing to the World Bank Group’s twin goals of reducing poverty and boosting shared prosperity.

Climate Change: Communities Voices
This documentary was created to explore community conversations with people being impacted by climate change but rarely heard in the public sphere. Our goal was to learn about the impacts of climate change from the people living in them.

From Crisis To Reconciliation
This film explores the impact of conflict in communities in Plateau State, Nigeria between Fulani herdsmen and indigenous farmers. This conflict led them to leave their original communities. The film captures the return of both groups to their original homes, the rebuilding of trust in their community, and the conversations that made a peaceful return possible.
